I'm a certified doula serving Mid-Kansas and North-Central Kansas including Salina, Beliot, Belleville, Concordia, Clay Center, and surrounding areas.
I completed my certification through Birth Arts International and have been working as a doula since 2019. I am obessed with supporting people who want to feel empowered, educated, heard, and cared for! No matter what kind of birth they choose!
Birth isn't something to "get through" it is something to be experienced.
What is a doula?
A doula is a non-medical birth support who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth.
No! We don't take the place of your partner but teach them skills, give them breaks when needs, and help guide them into helping you in the best ways!
Think of me as:
- Your calm in the unknown
- someone you know before your birth that will be with you through out
- Your reminder that you are CAPABLE

- 2 in person prenatal visits

Labor & Birth Support
- unlimited labor support (yes even if it lasts longer than 24hrs)

- At least 1 postpartum visit
- Choose what you need most:

Back Up Doula
Birth is unpredictable - support shouldn't be.
A back up Doula will connect with you before your birth, so if she steps in, she won't feel like a stranger
