I designed this class as a one on one where you lead the way. Yes, you! We will talk through your hopes, worries, fears, and questions, and then the course will unfold around what matters most to you and your baby!

Birth Prep
- Birth location options (hospital, birth center, home)
- Building your support team(provider, doula)
- Writing a birth plan
- prep for hospital or home birth
- signs of labor and when to go to hospital

Labor & Birth
- stages of labor & what to expect
- hormones of labor and how they support birth
- coping techniques, comfort measures, and birth positions
- intro to spinning babies
- pushing techniques & ways to minimize tearing
- medication options (epidural & others)
- Cesarean birth, breech birth, and VBAC
- How to ask and make informed decisions

After Birth
- Breastfeeding Basics (latch, positions, common challenges)
- Newborn Care & Circumcision overview
- Prep for Postpartum
- Local and Online pregnancy & postpartum resources
How long is the class?
- About 4 hours
- one on one
- scheduled at a time that works best for you
- divide the class into 4- 1hr classes, 2- 2hr classes, or 4 - 1 hr classes
